Board of Directors

Gothia's UK Board of Directors consists of two members Trond Kristian Andreassen, CEO at Gothia FInancial Group AB, and Emma Frost, Key Accounts Director at Gothia Limited.

The Board is responsible for the organization and management of the company. In addition, the Board of Directors issue instructions and policies concerning among other areas credit granting, business ethics, work environment etcetera. The work of the Board is regulated in the formal work plan for the Board of Directors.

The Managing Director and CEO of Gothia Financial Group AB is, above else, responsible for the execution of strategies and goals which have been decided by the Board. The work of the Managing Director is also regulated in a formal work plan.

Gothia's UK business is organized into two business areas: The business area managers have budget responsibility and report directly to the CEO. The Managing Directors of the subsidiaries have operative profit responsibility and report to the business area managers.
