Morten Blix

Morten Blix co-founded Herkules Private Equity Fund in 2003. Mr. Blix has extensive investment experience from 14 years in the division of Financial Investments at Orkla from 1987 to 2001, where he has been involved in a broad range of investment activities including private equity investments. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Blix was Portfolio Manager and Deputy Managing Director of the Financial Investments Division of Orkla. In the year 2000 the value of the portfolio exceeded NOK 20 billion. During the period 1987 to 2001, Orkla’s portfolio significantly outperformed the Oslo Stock Market Indices (the average portfolio return was 15.4% per annum compared to 11.8% on the Oslo Stock Exchange). From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Blix managed his own investment and consultancy business. Mr. Blix holds a degree in engineering from Norges Tekniske Høyskole (NTH), as well as management degree from the Norwegian School of Management.

Rikke Reinemo

Rikke Reinemo joined Herkules Capital in November 2003. At Herkules Capital, Mrs. Reinemo focuses on the healthcare/pharma sector and consumer goods sector. Prior to joining Herkules Capital, Mrs. Reinemo worked four years with McKinsey & Company in Oslo, where she gained broad experience in strategic matters and M&A situations, including financial analyses, working with several large Norwegian companies. She has worked in a range of different industry sectors, including telecommunications, banking, energy, aluminum and media. Her experience includes screening and evaluating acquisition candidates, performing valuation analyses, developing business plans for new ventures, as well as post-merger management. Mrs. Reinemo holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management.

HENRIK KNUDTZON

Henrik Knudtzon joined Herkules Capital in May 2008. Mr. Knudtzon focuses on the basic industry, leisure & transport and telecom sectors. Prior to joining Herkules Capital, Mr. Knudtzon worked almost four years with McKinsey & Company in Oslo. He worked on strategy, finance and operational projects in a wide range of industries,inclucing media, oil & gas, healthcare and private equity. Mr. Knudtzon holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration, with a specialization in finance, from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
