Telephone Negotiators wanted

We require good communicators who work well under pressure and are target driven. You need to be flexible, a strong team player, with the ability to influence and negotiate repayment arrangements with late payers across the UK.

Direct experience is not essential, but an aptitude for outbound telephone calling is required, and previous experience of diallers would be useful. You will need to be fair but assertive, and remain calm and focused at all times.

Our contact centre is open from 8 am to 8 pm, and negotiators work varied shift patterns within these house. Opportunities exist for progression to management and specialist roles within this expanding business.
